Discussion with my PIDP partner Muhammad My PIDP partner for this blog post was Muhammad. We discussed the PID program from an HR prospective. Muhammad has a vast background in HR and I was interested to get his point of view. We both agreed that the program is under utilized by professionals outside of higher education circles. Similarly, my experience trying to engage in the face-to-face option was met with the difficulty of local opportunities not having enough students enrolled for a course to occur. We agreed that advertising of the PIDP outside of the college community was lacking and the program is likely not being promoted to it's full potential.
